Return Policy

At Eden Fence Co., we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every fence panel we build.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after pickup or delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent or brought to the following address:

(Exact return address provided upon approval of return request.)

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your panels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon pickup or delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will replace any panels determined to be damaged at the fault of the manufacturer at no additional cost.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom panels or special orders (made to specific dimensions or materials)

  • Sale items or gift cards

Because each custom panel is built to order, we cannot offer refunds or returns on custom panels.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or configuration, the fastest way is to return your eligible item (if applicable). Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the correct panel type.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
