SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

All Eden Fence Co. products are built to order. While we strive to display products accurately, natural variations in wood tone, texture, and grain are part of the handcrafted process.

We do not guarantee that the color or finish you see on your screen will perfectly match the product delivered, as device settings and lighting can affect appearance.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including stock availability or suspected fraud.

Once an order is accepted, it may not be canceled unless approved by us. Custom or made-to-order panels cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

Your purchases are subject to our Return Policy.

All purchases must be for personal or household use and not for resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your order total, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICKUP

We offer local delivery and pickup by appointment within our service area.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, traffic, or scheduling. Once panels are delivered or picked up, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.

Eden Fence Co. is not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery or pickup. Customers are responsible for ensuring an accessible and safe delivery location.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

We accept returns on new, unused panels within 7 days of pickup or delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Custom or made-to-order panels are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If your product arrives damaged due to a manufacturing issue, please contact info@edenfence.com within 7 days with photos and a description of the issue. We will review and replace any panels damaged at the fault of the manufacturer at no cost.

SECTION 7 – INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER

Eden Fence Co. sells DIY, install-your-own fence panels. We do not offer installation services and are not responsible for improper installation or any resulting damage or injury.

You assume all risk and responsibility for installation, site preparation, and maintenance. Always follow local building codes and safety practices.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including designs, images, text, and logos — is the property of Eden Fence Co. and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Eden Fence Co. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store. However, all sales and transactions are made directly with Eden Fence Co.

Shopify is not responsible for any sales, warranties, or liabilities related to our products. You expressly release Shopify from all claims or damages arising from your transactions with us.
